There will be a discussion and possibly action by the Cache County Council tonight on the controversial Uintah Academy issue. The county council meeting starts at 5 p.m.There is an agenda item saying action will possibly be taken which would authorize County Executive Lynn Lemon to execute an agreement settling potential litigation and pending complaints regarding a Uintah Academy request. The request is for a Reasonable Accommodation for Occupancy by 12 unrelated persons in a home located at 8135 South 3600 West.
