After hearing from people on all sides of the issue, Logan’s Municipal Council Tuesday night agreed to postpone a decision on the controversial neighborhood center zone. The proposed new land code amendment would allow low intensity retail businesses within residential areas, provided they are at least a quarter mile from other commercial zones. The issue will now go back to the community development staff for possible revision and a decision will be made at a later council meeting.
