Keshia James, 18, pleaded guilty Thursday to a class A misdemeanor charge of assault.The charge was lowered from the original count of a second degree felony. Keshia was involved in the April 13 stabbing of a man and beating of a woman in a North Logan apartment complex. Keshia, along with her brother Dusty and sister Cara, fled the scene and turned themselves in a few days later.Cache County Attorney Spencer Walsh said Keshia pushed, kicked and pulled the hair of the female victim, who was knocked unconscious and had several bruises and a swollen eye.Bail was set at $3,500 for Keshia, who was said to have two warrants out for her in Salt Lake. She will be sentenced June 13 in the First District Court.- rachel@cvdaily.com
