Intersection of 1000 West and 1800 South to be closed for two weeks

Beginning July 7 the intersection of 1000 West and 1800 South in Logan will be closed while concrete paving is being done. Utah Department of Transportation spokesman Vic Saunders says the closure will allow crews to pave the intersection completely and obtain sufficient curing time for the concrete before the intersection re-opens on Thursday, July 21. Saunders says during the closure local neighborhood traffic should use 1100 South for access. Truck and employee traffic in the immediate area can use Hyclone Drive for access to industrial facilities in the immediate area.
