The Angel Moroni statue, a mainstay on temples built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is set to be placed atop the Brigham City Temple Tuesday, July 12, at approximately 12 noon.According to the Box Elder News Journal, Brigham City officials are coordinating with LDS church officials as they are expecting a large crowd to be in attendance. The four streets along the temple block (Main Street, 200 South, 100 West and 300 South) will be closed for the placement.Limited parking is available at the LDS ward building at 200 East 100 South, at 200 East 500 South and the Community High School at 230 West 200 South. The statue placement will also be broadcast to several area stake centers: Box Elder Stake, Brigham City Stake, Tremonton Stake and Malad Stake.
