Cache County Clerk and Fair Manager Jill Zollinger invites everyone to come and she says they will find good food, great entertainment and some excellent exhibits, including the totally-filled community booth area. The rodeo starts each night at 8 p.m. and Rodeo Chairman Lamont Poulsen says a special feature this year is the Riata Ranch Cowboy Girls with their spectacular trick riding and trick roping.”We’re going to start out and probably each night for our pre-rodeo we’re going to do a little calf scramble and encourage everyone to come early,” Poulsen said on KVNU’s Crosstalk show Monday. “We’re just going to open this up for 8 to 12 year old youth then we’re going to turn some steers loose out in the arena with ribbons on their tails and there’s a prize award of $5-$10 on the ribbon if you can get it. We haven’t done this before.”Browns Amusement is bringing Grammy award winner
