Watch for runners in 100 mile race

Hunters and other forest visitors utilizing the Logan Ranger District, should be aware that the annual BEAR 100 Mile Endurance Run. The race began Monday morning and goes through midnight Tuesday.The race participants will be traveling on forest trails and roads throughout the Logan Ranger District. The run begins at Providence Canyon and it ends at Bear Lake. Visitors should be aware that there may be some traffic congestion at Temple Fork trailhead, Franklin Basin and Tony Grove during the event. Also there will be no parking on Highway 89 at Temple Fork.
