Buddhism in Cache Valley explored at museum

Buddhism in Cache Valley will be honored at the USU Museum of Anthropology on Saturday, November 5. The Saturdays at the Museum program will be presented in collaboration with a locally-based Buddhist group, Sangha.Visitors at the museum can learn about the religion and way of life in an 11 a.m. presentation titled “Entering the Silence: Buddhist Meditation and Mindfullness” by USU Associate Professor of English Michael Sowder. After the presentation the public is invited to participate in a meditation class.
