“Kids and Self Esteem.” That’s the theme for a Building Strong Families Workshop coming up Thursday, January 12 at 11 a.m. in the Cache County Administration Building’s multi-purpose room.The event is being co-sponsored by the Utah Commission on Marriage and the Utah State University Extension Office in Cache County. Adrie Roberts, family and consumer sciences agent for Extension Services, says the workshop is designed to hep parents and grandparents learn how to build their children and grandchildren’s self-esteem.Roberts says the workshop will focus on teaching ways to help children avoid failure and achieve success. The cost is $3 per person or $2 if you pay 24 hours before the class. A light lunch will be catered by the Bluebird restaurant. To register call 752-6263.
