School bus involved in Richmond accident

A traffic accident on U.S. Highway 91 in Richmond Tuesday morning involved a car and a school bus but fortunately only one minor injury resulted from the crash. Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Rick Mayo says the accident happened shortly after 7 a.m. near the North Cache 8th-9th Grade Center on about 600 South.

A southbound red vehicle struck the front of another car and then bounced off into the school bus. A 15-year old female in the vehicle was taken to Logan Regional Hospital by ambulance but was released after treatment of a minor arm injury. None of the 40 passengers on the school bus were injured.
