Center for Women and Gender honoring Christina Roberts and Lorna Wanlass

The Center for Women and Gender at Utah State University will honor Christina Roberts with the Early Career Award and Lorna Wanlass with the Lifetime Achievement Award on Tuesday, March 19.

Roberts was chosen based on her accomplishments in, and dedication to, her role as Development Coordinator at the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation where she works to ensure individuals receive the critical medical care they need regardless of their financial status.

Roberts will also be recognized for her volunteer work, including Planned Parenthood and the Chocolate Festival along with the local Farmer’s Market.

Lorna Wanlass has served the community and other women throughout her life. She has been on the Children’s Theatre Board, projects for CAPSA, the America Red Cross and the American Cancer Society. The Center for Women and Gender is proud to honor these two women with their annual awards.
