The Cache County Council is holding a special meeting on Tuesday, January 7 starting at 12 <span class=”aBn”><span class=”aQJ”>noon</span></span> in the county council chambers of the Historic Cache County Court House.

The purpose of the meeting is to appoint and hold a swearing-in ceremony for new councilmember Greg Merrill. Merrill was chosen by Cache County Republicans to replace Craig Petersen after Petersen won the Logan Mayoral race.

There will be a reception in the council conference room after the swearing in ceremony.
