Utah State University’s Equine Science program will conduct an online production sale featuring 11 exceptionally bred yearlings and two-year old horses beginning February 10 and ending Feb. 17.

A preview day is Saturday, February 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Equine Science program.

Dirk Vanderwall, interim department head for the Department of Animal, Dairy and Veterinary Science, says the students have assisted with breeding the mares that produced these horses and now they have been working with them to get them ready for the sale.

He says it has been a great learning opportunity for the students.
