LOGAN — An early spring, snow storm Thursday morning slowed traffic in both Logan and Sardine Canyons.
Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Cade Brenchley said troopers responded to six slide-offs and one accident in Sardine Canyon, US 89/91. There were no injuries reported. Some of the vehicles required tow-trucks to pull them back onto the road.
Brenchley said there were also two semi-trucks that jack-knifed in Logan Canyon, US 89. They blocked traffic momentarily until they were able to regain their traction.
The National Weather Service reports the storm is supposed to clear by Friday. Another chance of rain and snow is possible Saturday and Sunday.
