Guided tour programs resumed at the Bear River Bird Refuge over the Memorial Day weekend and the tours will continue on Saturdays until Labor Day. The tours are led by experienced and trained naturalists each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
All of the tours are free and leave from the Wildlife Education Center. The tours provide visitors with an up-close look at the birds, habitat zones and management of the historic Bird Refuge.
A van will transport visitors to the Auto Tour Route making stops along the way to view birds through spotting scopes. For more information and reservations call (435) 734-6457.
