Police looking for suspects in Logan High break-in

Video surveillance footage of suspects who reportedly broke into Logan High School early Wednesday morning, August 13, 2014.

LOGAN — Police are asking for the public’s help, trying to identify four suspects who broke into Logan High School.

Logan City Police Chief Gary Jensen said the four are believed to be juveniles and broke into the school early Wednesday morning. Surveillance video caught them riffling through materials in the halls and taking cell phone pictures of themselves.

So far, nothing has been reported stolen except for some beverages. The group also sprayed a fire extinguisher and broke several locks off of lockers.

Jensen said the suspects were able to get inside the building by reportedly breaking a window hinge, prying it open and climbing inside.

Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the four suspects or has information about Wednesday’s break-in to call the Logan City Police Department.
