LOGAN — A 38-year-old Logan man, accused of raping an underage girl has waived his right to a preliminary hearing as prosecutors propose a possible plea agreement.

Drew Andersen appeared in 1st District Court Tuesday morning. He faces six counts of rape, a first-degree felony.

Anderson was arrested August 29, after confessing to raping an underage girl more than a dozen times.

Anderson has been ordered to appear again in court October 20. He is being held in the Cache County Jail on a $120,000 bail.
