A 32-year-old Brigham City man was critically injured Sunday afternoon in a single-vehicle rollover west of Willard.

Utah Highway Patrol troopers said Cody Martin was driving a 1997 white Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck, northbound on Interstate-15.

Near milepost 353 the truck drifted into the median, lost control and swerved back across both lanes and went off the right shoulder.

Troopers report the truck rolled at least twice before coming to a rest. Martin, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle. He was flown by medical helicopter to McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden.

Northbound traffic along I-15 was blocked for about 20 minutes while medical crews loaded the man into the medical helicopter.

UHP Lt. Lee Perry said troopers believe Martin may have been distracted or impaired at the time of the accident. An investigation is ongoing.
