It is being called The BIG AGG Homecoming Town Center Community Concert and it’s coming up Tuesday, September 29 in the parking lot behind the Emporium in downtown.
Logan City and Utah State University are teaming up to make it an exciting Homecoming Week event according to Trent Bateman of the Logan Parks and Recreation Department who is coordinator for the event.
Bateman says the concert is free and he hopes a lot of people from the USU Campus and the community attend.
“There will be food trucks available and food vendors,” Bateman explains. “The bands that are coming, we’ll have a local band, Panthermilk who are out of Logan, and a band out of Salt Lake, Brogan Kelby.
“Then Joshua James, a popular artist here in the state of Utah will come out of Provo for the event. Then Brumby, who is from Las Vegas, will come up to the event as well.”
Bateman says although it is a “standing up concert” parking will be available adjacent to the event on 100 North and 100 West.
Bateman says hopefully it will be the first of a lot of events co-sponsored by Logan City and USU.
