The 10th annual Little Bloomsbury Art and Music festival opens Thursday, April 28 and continues through Saturday, April 30th at the home of Executive Director Dr. B.C. Sun at 181 North 100 East in Logan.
The hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Dr. Sun says the work of more than 200 artists, between seven and 77 years old, will be on display.
The event is free, it is hosted by volunteers along with several appreciated sponsors and everyone is invited to attend.
“We have three concerts. They are all at 6 p.m. and are all different each day,” says Dr. Sun. “The first is on Thursday traditionally. We have the magic show and story-telling concert.
“It is with Leah Checketts and Utah Storytelling Guild with Colombian magician Ming Fu. And on Friday, the 29th also at 6 p.m., we have an oriental concert and variety show.”
She says on Saturday there will be a bluegrass, country and rockabilly concert.
Little Bloomsbury Foundation is a peace organization and arts-related institution in one and Dr. Sun says its goal is to promote appreciation and enthusiasm for citizen diplomacy.
