Cache Valley resident selected as Vice Presidential candidate of Constitution Party

A resident of Cache Valley is now a candidate for Vice President of the United States. Scott Bradley says he is running on the Constitution Party ticket following the party’s national convention which was held in Salt Lake City on April 13-16.

Bradley says Daryl Castle, a resident of Tennessee, is the Presidential candidate.

“There were people who were seeking the nomination on the Constitution Party,” Bradley explains. “There was an effort to draft Daryl. That effort was overwhelmingly approved by the convention. Daryl asked me to be his running mate.

“For the opportunity to be able to promote the principles of liberty and proper government I accepted that. So we are the ticket for the Constitution Party for the United States.”

Bradley says he is excited but there is a great deal of work ahead because the party hopes to have the two candidates on the ballot in 40 states.
