There is still time to get tickets for the United Way of Cache Valley’s annual dinner and gala on Friday, May 13. But Executive Director Doug Stevenson says you need to act fast.
The 2016 fundraising event will be held at the Riverwoods Conference Center in Logan and the keynote speaker is Elizabeth Smart, children’s advocate and kidnapping survivor.
Stevenson says the event will include live and silent auction items and it will be hosted by Julie Hollist, director of the Cache Valley Visitor’s Bureau.
The gala will also recognize Jill Anderson (director of CAPSA), Salley Sears (president and CEO of Caffe Ibis), and Joe Beck (architect for Utah State University).
Stevenson says it is easy to make reservations for Friday’s event.
“All they have to do is go to our website at unitedwayofcachevalley.org. It is right on the front page. They can buy tickets, buy a sponsorship or buy a table for their business. They can do any of those things from the front page of our website.”
He says money raised from the event will support 17 different partner agencies throughout Cache Valley and their programs. Tickets are $99 each.
