Some have already started to arrive and by the time the Cache Valley Cruise-In opens on June 30th about 1,000 vehicles of all types and models will be here for the 34th annual event hosted by the Cache Valley Cruising Association.
Communications director Lynn Zollinger says before the event is over someone will have become the winner of a giveaway car. He says this year it is a 1970 Camero. The color is green and black.
“It’s ready to go,” Zollinger exclaimed. “We’ve been driving it quite a bit the last couple of months or so, taking it to other shows. There is a lot of interest in the car. A lot of people want to win it. They will be trying to obtain the lucky ticket. That’s open to everyone who attends the Cruise-In down at the fairgrounds.”
Zollinger says the Cruise-In holds most of its activities at the Cache County Fairgrounds where there is a Show and Shine event Saturday morning on July 2nd. The cost to get into the annual car show is just $5 and your ticket for the giveaway car is included in that.
Zollinger says the public is invited to attend all of the Cruise-In events.
