Approximately 800 new and returning cyclists will be participating in the fifth annual Cache Gran Fondo on Saturday, July 9. Logan Downtown Manager Gary Saxton says the ride starts at 6:45 a.m. at Logan Regional Hospital and ends in downtown Logan between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Saxton will be one of the cyclists on the Italian-style ride which is sponsored by Logan City and Logan Regional Hospital. The proceeds from the ride go to the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation.
Saxton says the ride is challenging, but there is food and fun when it ends.
