LOGAN – Homecoming week is already in full swing. Streets have been painted, Mr. USU was crowned and a Powder-Puff football team has won a championship, but most of the big events will take place this weekend.

Saturday night’s football game isn’t the only athletic event taking place. The soccer team will host Colorado State at 4 p.m. Friday. Admission is free.

The Utah State hockey team will also be at home Friday evening at 7 p.m. when UNLV comes to visit. The game will be just the second of the season and the first at home.

The Spectrum doors will open at 6 p.m. Friday night for the Charlie Puth concert. Cost is $20 for non-students and $1 for students. Following the concert, a homecoming dance will take place from 9:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. at the fieldhouse. True Aggie Night will start at midnight on the Quad.

Saturday morning will start with an 8 a.m. breakfast at the Taggart Student Center that is open to all. Tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for children. A homecoming 5K run will start at 9 a.m. at the Logan Tabernacle. The homecoming parade will go up Main Street from 100 South to 700 North at 10 a.m.

The Ag Products BBQ will start at 4 p.m. at the Craig Aston Park in North Logan. The barbecue, which will help fund scholarships for students of the College of Agricultural and Applied Sciences, costs $12 for adults and $5 for children.

All of the events will culminate with the football game against Air Force at 8:15 p.m. Additional events and information can be found here.
