SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The state tax commission will be ordered to release some information about its agreement with the online retail giant Amazon.

The State Records Committee on Thursday sided with the Libertas Institute after the Utah State Tax Commission denied the group a copy of the terms struck in December.

The first six pages from the agreement that defines Amazon’s online sales tax collection in the state will be released, though specific numbers will be redacted.

The Libertarian-leaning nonprofit claimed victory.

The tax commission hasn’t said if it will appeal the decision.
