Internationally-acclaimed vocalist <a href=”https://alexsharpe.org/about”>Alex Sharpe</a>’s professional career began in Dublin, where she played the role of Dorothy in “The Wizard of Oz.” A former member of the musical ensemble Celtic Woman, Sharpe has performed on stages around the world, including in Sweden, Iceland, England, China and Japan.
Sharpe’s local accolades include being a guest soloist with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra. Her debut solo concert, “One Heart One Voice,” took place in Logan in 2015, and she performed in the “Christmas Spectacular” at Utah State University with Jenny Oaks Baker and Jason Lyle Black in November 2016. Logan Downtown Alliance Manager Gary Saxton said she will soon bring her Easter music to Logan, performing at the Logan Tabernacle on Saturday, April 15, at 7 p.m.

Sharpe will appear with television personality <a href=”http://www.glennrawson.com/”>Glenn Rawson</a> and pianist <a href=”https://www.facebook.com/JasonTonioliPiano/”>Jason Tonioli</a> in a concert produced by Bob Cosgrove. The performance is free and open to the public.
