Aggies in the NFL – Week 3

LOGAN, Utah — Fifteen former Aggies are on active NFL rosters. See how they did in week three.

<strong>Maurice Alexander (S – Los Angeles Rams)</strong> – Alexander is in his fourth season in the NFL with the Rams. In Los Angeles’ 41-39 win against the San Francisco 49ers, Alexander started at strong safety and recorded seven tackles, five of which were solo. Alexander was one of two players on the Rams to play in all 82 defensive snaps and also played in eight special teams snaps.

<strong>Marwin Evans (S – Green Bay Packers)</strong> – Evans, who is in his second season in the NFL with the Packers, started at strong safety and collected four solo tackles while playing in 54 defensive and 21 special teams snaps in Green Bay’s 27-24 win against the Cincinnati Bengals.

<strong>Kyler Fackrell (LB – Green Bay Packers)</strong> – Fackrell is in his second season in the NFL with the Packers. In Green Bay’s 27-24 win against the Cincinnati Bengals, Fackrell had one tackle while playing in 41 defensive and 29 special teams snaps.

<strong>Tyler Larsen (OL – Carolina Panthers)</strong> – Larsen is in his second season with the Panthers and fourth year in the NFL. In Carolina’s 34-13 loss against the New Orleans Saints, Larsen started at center and played in all 59 offensive and three special teams snaps.

<strong>Nevin Lawson (CB – Detroit Lions)</strong> – Lawson is in his fourth season in the NFL with the Lions. In Detroit’s 30-26 loss against the Atlanta Falcons, Lawson started at cornerback and had two tackles while playing in 41 defensive and nine special teams snaps.

<strong>Devante Mays (RB – Green Bay Packers)</strong> – Mays is in his first season in the NFL with the Packers. Mays played in 11 special teams snaps in Green Bay’s 27-24 win against the Cincinnati Bengals.

<strong>Donald Penn (OT – Oakland Raiders)</strong> – Penn is in his fourth year with the Raiders and 12th year in the NFL. In Oakland’s 27-10 loss against the Washington Redskins, Penn started at left tackle and played in all 51 offensive snaps.

<strong>Patrick Scales (LS – Chicago Bears)</strong> – Scales is in his third year with the Bears and seventh year in the NFL. He is currently on injured reserve.

<strong>Hunter Sharp (WR – Denver Broncos)</strong> – Sharp is in his first year in the NFL with the Broncos. He is currently on the practice squad.

<strong>D.J. Tialavea (TE – Chicago Bears)</strong> – Tialavea is in his first year with the Bears and fourth in the NFL. His is currently on the practice squad.

<strong>Robert Turbin (RB – Indianapolis Colts)</strong> – Turbin is in his second year with the Colts and sixth year in the NFL. In the Colts’ 31-28 win against the Cleveland Browns, Turbin made his fifth-career start at running back and had five rushes for 18 yards and one catch for two yards while converting two third downs. Turbin played in 21 offensive and 10 special teams snaps.

<strong>Nick Vigil (LB – Cincinnati Bengals)</strong> – Vigil is in his second year in the NFL with the Bengals. In the Bengals’ 27-24 loss against the Green Bay Packers, Vigil started at linebacker and had seven tackles, three of which were solo, including one tackle for loss and a third-down stop. Vigil was the only Bengal to play in all 70 defensive snaps and added 11 special teams snaps.

<strong>Zach Vigil (LB – Buffalo Bills)</strong> – Vigil is in his first year with the Bills and third year in the NFL. He is currently on the practice squad.

<strong>Bobby Wagner (LB – Seattle Seahawks)</strong> – Wagner is in his sixth year in the NFL with the Seahawks. In Seattle’s 33-27 loss against the Tennessee Titans, Wagner started at linebacker and had a game-high 11 tackles, eight of which were solo, including one tackle for loss. Wagner played in all 73 defensive snaps and seven special teams snaps.

<strong>Kerwynn Williams (RB – Arizona Cardinals)</strong> – Williams is in his fourth year with the Cardinals and his fifth year in the NFL. In Arizona’s 28-17 loss against the Dallas Cowboys, Williams had one rush for three yards and returned two kickoffs for 40 yards and one punt for four yards.
