LOGAN — Cache County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 19-year-old Millville man, accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl. Caleb Limburg was booked into the Cache County Jail Friday on suspicion of unlawful sex and drug possession.

Chief Deputy Matt Bilodeau said deputies received information from the alleged victim about the crime. It reportedly occurred earlier this month, around January 13.

Monday afternoon, Limburg appeared in 1st District Court by video from the jail. Earlier in the day, state attorneys charged him with one count of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, a third-degree felony.

Bilodeau said their investigation is just getting started and additional charges are pending.
