* WHAT…Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Plan on difficult

travel conditions and reduced visibilities causing periods of

white-out conditions. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 12

inches, with localized amounts up to 18 inches, are expected.

* WHERE…Upper Snake Highlands area including the Teton Valley,

Ashton and Raynolds Pass. US-20 north of Rexburg, US-33 east of

Sugar City and I-15 north of Dubois to the Montana border.

* WHEN…From 1 PM this afternoon to 5 PM MST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds of 20 to 30 mph and gusts as high as

50 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
