MOUNTAIN AREAS AGAIN TODAY…
…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO
8 PM MST THIS EVENING…
* WHAT…Blowing snow likely. Near-blizzard conditions possible at
times. Expect dangerous travel conditions due to low visibility
and slick road conditions.
* WHERE…Interstate 80 between Mile Markers 235 and 290.
* WHEN…8 AM to 8 PM today.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds gusting as high as 60 mph will
cause areas of blowing and drifting snow. Cold wind chills as
low as 15 below zero will cause frostbite in as little as 30
minutes to exposed skin.
