Gusty west-northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph will

continue this afternoon and subside somewhat through the

overnight hours tonight. These winds will return by late Monday

morning, before decreasing Monday evening. Travel may become

difficult with icy roads and poor visibility, due to blowing and

drifting snow.
