RICHMOND – The animals have already started coming in to be purchased or sold at the 2018 Black & White Days celebration. City Council member Kelly Crafts said the event starts Tuesday and will continue all week.
“We’re celebrating 103 years of this fun activity week,” she said. “We start off with our cow shows in the beginning of the week. We have an awesome library presentation happening about Native Americans and the Utah mountain rendezvous. We’ll have a hamburger stand with hot dogs and hamburgers being sold from the Richmond City Youth Council.”
Crafts said a lot of the big festivities will take place Saturday, which will include games in the park during the day along with a parade and a horse pull in the evening.
