Warner appreciative of the support she received while on State School Board

Terryl Warner was an incumbent candidate for State Board of Education in District 1 but she did not come out the winner. Although Warner would have liked to win, she appreciated the chance to run and believes it was a good experience to serve on the board.

“I would like to also say I appreciate the support of my family,” Warner says, “because it is an extremely time-consuming event to be in an elected position. And my family has really been behind the scenes supporting me. I so appreciate that.”

Warner was defeated by Jennie Earl, a resident of Morgan County. Warner works in the office of the Cache County Attorney as a victim’s advocate, and also volunteers in numerous organizations involving both adults and children.
