A film festival for lovers of the mountains returns to Utah State University later this week. The Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour will play Thursday and Friday nights at 7 p.m. in the Taggart Student Center Ballroom.
On KVNU’s For the People program on Wednesday, Caitlin Arnett, a graduate assistant for USU Outdoor Programs who is sponsoring the festival, said the festival runs the gamut from mountain biking to skiing to mountaineering and conservation.
You can purchase tickets at the TSC Card Office. Student prices are $8 for one night or $15 for both nights. Non-student prices are $15 and $25. All proceeds benefit the Lyon, Maas, Mueggler Outdoor Leadership Scholarship.
