July 15th is the last day a new resident of Utah can establish a 30 day-voting residency for the August 13, Municipal Primary Election.
It is also the last day the County Clerk’s office will accept MAIL IN voter registration forms for the August Primary Election.
You may register to vote for the primaries online until August 6th.
If you have changed your name or address, even within the City, it is necessary to re-register.
VOTER REGISTRATION
To register to vote in Utah you must:
• Be a citizen of the United States
• Have resided in Utah at least 30 days immediately before the next election
• Be at least 18 years old on or before the next election

VOTE-BY-MAIL INFORMATION
The 2019 Elections will be conducted using vote by mail. Registered voters are not required to fill out an application for the vote by mail ballot. Each registered voter will be mailed a ballot and instructions for returning the ballot. Ballots are mailed no sooner than 21 days and no later than 14 days before an election. You may return your voted ballot in the following ways:
Mail your ballot, postmarked no later than the day before the election.
Drop off your ballot at Logan City Hall (290 North 100 West) inside or outside.
