LOGAN-Logan Downtown Alliance is sponsoring a Zombie Walk and food drive on Monday, October 28 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
“We hope we can collect a lot of food for the Cache Community Food Pantry,” said Gary Saxton, Alliance director. “This is the ninth year for the Zombie Walk and it helps the Cache County Food Pantry.”
The Zombie Walk is not the only thing going on Monday evening; people attending the ghost tour, ghost hunters and the Logan Hocus Pocus Witches are all part of the evening’s events. While the Ghost Tour and Ghost Hunters delves in to the paranormal and Logan’s haunted history, the Hocus Pocus Witches dance around and have a fun time.
“The general public is invited to come down to Federal Avenue and check it all out,” he said. “Bring some food to donate to the pantry at Lucky Slice and come have a good time.”
Anyone who brings one or more non-perishable food items in support of the Food Pantry will spin-a-wheel to win menu items and goodies.
“The entire community is welcome to attend and bring food donations,” Saxton said. “We would like to get people to see what is new downtown.”
