The original Broadway musical Bright Star continues this weekend, and includes a live bluegrass band. Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in the Utah Theatre.

Bring a non-perishable food item as your entry fee at the Tremonton Turkey Trot this Saturday. They have a 5K and 1 mile Tot Trot option. Registration begins at 9:15 a.m. at the Tremonton Community Food Pantry. You can come dressed in your favorite holiday costume!
LEWISTON ART AND CRAFT FAIR
Enjoy some great food, local entertainment and start your Christmas shopping at the Lewiston Art and Craft Fair this Saturday. Local vendors will be there from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Lewiston Elementary.
Celebrate the culture, music and food of India at Utah State University this Saturday. The Indian Student Association presents the Diwali Festival with lights, dance, music and food from 5:30-10 p.m. in the Taggart Student Center.
CACHE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA: WORLD TRAVELS
Join the Cache Symphony Orchestra for a trip around the globe this Saturday in the Daines Concert Hall. They’ll perform Vaughn William’s English Folk Song Suite and Dvorak’s New World Symphony, starting at 7:30.
The Tribeca Ensemble performs at the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art on Sunday at 4 p.m. They’ll perform a variety of musical landscapes, from ancient to modern.
EVENING OF REMEMBRANCE
Bring an ornament in memory of your loved one to hang on a memorial tree at the Evening of Remembrance on Sunday. It’s held in conjunction with the Bear River Valley Hospital Foundation’s annual Jubilee of Trees at the Box Elder County Fairgrounds Events Building. A special slideshow honoring those who have passed away will also be shown, starting at 7 p.m. on Sunday.
USU BASKETBALL AND FOOTBALL
The USU Men’s Basketball team hosts North Carolina A&T Friday night in the Spectrum. Tipoff is at 7.
USU football hosts Wyoming Saturday in Bridger’s Battle. The game starts at 2 p.m. on Merlin Olsen Field.
