Shelley Jo Day-Langston

Shelley Jo Day-Langston, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 10, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born on March 30, 1978, at the McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, to Richard E. and JoAnn Lemon Day.

Shelley lived in South Willard and attended Box Elder High School. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As a young girl she helped on the farm and worked at the cherry processing plant to earn spending money.

She married Gregg Holt and had two children: Kylee Noel and Hayden Connor. They later divorced. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she met and married Steve Langston. They were always best friends.

Shelley loved to take walks with her children, swim, play the piano, and loved to do crafts and home décor.

She is survived by her children: Kylee (Casey) Anderson and Hayden Holt; parents: Richard and JoAnn Day; husband: Steve Langston; brothers: Troy (Angie) Day and Blake (RoseAnna) Day; sisters: Suzanne (Ken) Falletta and Theresa Ann Petersen; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 South 100 East, Brigham City, Utah.

A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:15 a.m. also at the mortuary.

Interment will be in the Willard City Cemetery.
