LOGAN — A 63-year-old Logan man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old girl. William Rolando Nolasco was booked Friday morning into the Cache County Jail.
According to a probable cause statement, Logan City Police officers began investigating Nolasco on March 6, after the victim’s mother reported the alleged sexual abuse. The suspect was reportedly a close relative of the girl.
The alleged victim told police how Nolasco would allegedly inappropriately touch her, while at his home. “The child said this occurred every couple months for a few years,” the arrest affidavit reported.
Police also suspect Nolasco pretended to engage in sexual acts with the child. The girl had described how he would roll on top of her, moving his body inappropriately.
Officers questioned Nolasco on Friday. He reportedly admitted to molesting the girl a couple times a year. When asked why he did this, he stated because he was curious, the probable cause statement detailed.
According to jail records, Nolasco was booked on suspicion of five counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, a first-degree felony. He is temporarily being held, pending arraignment on formal charges in 1st District Court.
Individuals arrested and charged in complaints are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in court.
Curiosity? Curious about how to traumatize a child? Curious about what it means to be a monster? Curious what life on the sex offender registry is like?
Let’s satisfy the curiosity of this piece of garbage and show him how the justice system works and what life in prison is like!
What is with Utah and pedophiles. You guys never have anything but negativity to spread.
Wait until this guy finds out about Florida Man.
It’s all because the laws are lenient towards perverts because Mormons think everyone deserves chances and can change…. which is obviously more true. They want everyone to think like them. It’s a joke. They should be tied to a tree and left to rot. And Cox as well.
