Logan officials announce reduced hours, activities for city’s Aquatic Center

City official here have announced a schedule for reduced hours and activities at the Logan Aquatic Center from now through the Labor Day holiday on Monday, Sept. 4.

LOGAN – Logan Parks and Recreation officials have announced a limited schedule of hours and activities for the Aquatic Center through Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 4.

From Friday, Aug. 11 through Monday, Aug. 14, the Aquatic Center will be open during its regularly scheduled hours, including early morning and late night lap swim, water aerobics, reservations and public swimming as usual from noon to early evening.

There will be no public swim, however, during the period from Tuesday, Aug. 15 to Friday, Aug. 18. But the Aquatic Center will be open for early morning and late night lap swims, water aerobics and reservations.

On Saturday, Aug. 19, the Aquatic Center will host its final adaptive swim, its final regular schedule and final reservations for the 2023 season. The pool facility will be open for public swimming from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

On Sunday, Aug. 20, the Aquatic Center will be open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Aquatic Center will be closed from Monday, Aug. 21 to Friday, Aug. 25. The pool facility will be open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26 and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 27.

The Aquatic Center will be closed from Monday, Aug. 28 to Friday, Sept. 1. The pool facility will be open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2 and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 3.

On Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 4), the Aquatic Center will be open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

After the Labor Day holiday, the pool facility will close for the season.
